Diego Leyva
Founder, Creative Director
For Diego, being a Creative Director is not all about building concepts, but weaving relations creatively and inspiring the team. He is in constant search for the “aha” moment between the client and Latente, where we come face to face and acknowledge ourselves as humans who are part of something bigger.
He is a musical designer; by putting on his headphones he summons his creativity, flowing in between beats and lyrics.
María Galindo
Partner, Strategy & Storytelling
After a few successful years in the heat of the start-up software industry, Maria turned a corner and co-founded a company that helps people and organizations find purpose to use our individual gifts with responsibility for the mutual flourishing of everyone. She is a strategic thinker and a talented story weaver, looking at the whole picture from different angles to connect the seemingly unconnected.
Maria starts every conversation with a smile. She has a soft place for hard conversations and a relentless curiosity for the story behind everyone she meets.
Georgina Ampudia
Photographer
Ana Georgina is Latente's Photography Art Director. She brings brands to life through images and documents their reality. Born with a dark-room inside her head, Yoya masterfully captures the essence of people, but most importantly, ideas.
Hiking is one of her true passions. She likes how, with every step, she is always in the present moment, nothing else matters except continuing, step by step.
Manuel Galindo
Business Strategy
Manuel believes interdependence is our stronghold. His approach is never whether or not something can be done, but how. With degrees in Law and Sociology and a long career as an entrepreneur, his primary focus is on gaining a better understanding of society's most pressing issues, empowering organizations and people to become agents of change through the application of innovative and effective strategy.
You can find him making friends out of strangers, with arms wide open and an even wider table.
Santo
Therapist
Santo is our personal shaman and therapist; he makes sure everyone is emotionally well by walking through the workspace and listening to concerns. The softness of his skin makes him a relaxation amulet.
His musical taste makes him an inveterate romantic. In his thirteen years he has realized Chavela Vargas is his favourite singer and gets emotional with opera music.

Conscience & Evolution
WL3F62 is the non-human incarnation of our talents and the keeper of our promises, a steady reminder of the true meaning of humble defiance, and the unlimited power of collaboration to unlock unimaginable posssibilities.
Our first NFT in collaboration with CREA STUDIO and a token of trust between minds and talents. WL3F62 is a new way in which we choose to participate in an ever-changing world, where technology and humanity keep each other safe.
